How long will my move take?

You have complete control of your move. It’s very difficult for us to tell you how long your move will take as every move is different; but if there is a certain number of hours or budget that you have, communicate that to your crew leader and your crew will work for you within that time frame.

What does arrival time mean?

The window of time in which your crew can arrive.

What is your form of payment?

We accept debit and all major credit cards and cash. No checks please =). If paid with card there will be a 3% processing fee.

When is the payment do?

Payment is due on the day of service to your crew leader. We do reserve the right to collect prior to unloading.

What is the deposit and how is it applied my move?

In order to schedule, we do require your trip fee to be paid in advance as a deposit. On moving day you will be responsible for your hourly rate and supply charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you cancel 48 hours in advance, you will be refunded 100%.

What is the hourly rate and does it work?

Real simple! Hourly rate is based on time so you have complete control of how long you want to use our services. The time for our packing & moving services begins when your crew arrives and you sign them in and ends when you sign them out after the last piece of furniture is unload or reassembled.

What is the minimum?

The minimum is the minimum amount of time you are required to pay for our services. Any amount of time over the minimum is prorated to every half hour.

What is the trip fee?

The trip fee is a minimal fee that is applied to your final total which covers your crew’s time and fuel to your pick-up location and then back from your drop-off location.

How fast can the movers drive?

The movers are required to drive 10-15 miles per hour slower than the speed limit in order to ensure the safety of the cargo being transported.

Can I help the movers?

For the safety of you and your crew – we ask our clients to not assist with the services.

What if something breaks?

Our company’s liability for lost or damaged items is limited to $.60 per pound per article (maximum of 167 lbs) unless additional insurance has been purchased by the customer. If damage occurs we will at our discretion repair the item(s) or compensate for its depreciated value or $.60 per pound, whichever is the lesser of the two. Our company will not repair or replace pressed board or simulated wood furniture.
